Yesterday our Chief Executive & Medical Director, Dr. Marisa Martín, visited His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador, Mauricio Antonio Peñate Guzmán and Mr. Diego Colomer Bolivar, who had come expressly from Madrid to deliver a collection of toys for the children that the Cudeca Hospice cares for as part of its paediatric palliative care programme.

His Excellency the Ambassador, after a health problem, decided a few years ago that on his birthday he did not want to receive presents but toys to give to sick children.

This precious and generous gesture on this occasion has been brought to us, the Cudeca Hospice, and we would like to thank him with these words for his wonderful gifts, which we are sure will brighten the days of many children.
