Málaga Hoy newspaper wanted to acknowledge in his last year to cover the most relevant 2013 through their personalities “Malagueños de Hoy “ Awards and Cudeca - Cancer Care has had the honor of being one of them! 

 

 In this ninth edition , Málaga Hoy newspaper wanted to award 5 persons and entities that have left their mark in Malaga society in 2013 : Dr. Marisa Martin, CEO and Director Medical of Cudeca , Christine and Bernard Ruiz -Picasso , patrons of the Museo Picasso Málaga ; Rudolf G. von Schoenburg , founder of the Marbella Club , Ruben Ruzafa, Triathlon Champion , Rafael Dominguez of Gor , president of Mayoral.

 

 This “Malagueños de Hoy” award granted by the Málaga Hoy newspaper recognizes the work of Cudeca free healthcare , a charity founded in 1992 with the aim of providing palliative care to people with cancer and other diseases in advanced stages without curability and to support their families. More than 8,000 people have already been addressed through multidisciplinary programs Homecare , Unit Revenue Unit Day Rehabilitation and Psychosocial Care , coordinated from our Centre in Benalmádena .
