Presentation of the Network of Ambassadors from the International Torrequebrada School with collaboration from Antonio Banderas

The International School of Torrequebrada (CIT) presented its Network of Child Ambassadors in the Benalmádena Town Hall for the Cultural, Educational and Social commitment (REIC).

With the influence of Antonio Banderas and in collaboration with the International Torrequebrada School (CIT), the Ambassadors Network for Children REIC was created in Málaga, with the “objective to make the most of and channel the talent, creativity, enthusiasm and energy of children, therefore promoting improvement and awareness activities in the social, cultural and educational society in which we live" quoted Banderas in the letter addressed to the school accepting this new network.
The first project assigned to the task force, resulted in the achievement of 60 new Benefactors for the Cudeca Hospice, with an annual contribution of € 4,000.

As a reward for their efforts, Samatha Díaz Guédez (pupil of class 1º ES) and Charo Abad, Luisa Catalán’s Grandmother from class 3º ESO, have won a trip to London for three people, including theatre tickets, thanks to the Cajasol sponsorship, organised by branch manager of Benalmádena, Don Carlos Ruíz.
The presentation ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Benalmádena and Patron of Cudeca, Don Enrique Moya; the Health Councillor, Dña. Inmaculada Hernandez; the Deputy Mayor and Town Planning Councillor, Don Jesús Fortes; the Director of the International College of Torrequebrada, Dña. Sonia Diez; the Deputy – Chief Executive - Financial Director of Cudeca, Don Rafael Olalla Martínez, and representing the Fundación Lágrimas y Favores (Tears and Favours) on behalf of Antonio Banderas, Don Francisco Javier Banderas and Don Francisco Fortes.
