Last Saturday 19th October, on the occasion of  World Breast Cancer Awareness Day, the Sahara Sunset Club of Benalmádena organised various activities with the aim to raise funds for Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice. A group of  Sahara Sunset Club employees collaborated with the organisation in a Charity Bingo and a Charity Raffle of a basket with various goods. Also, a small chest filled with pink ribbons next to the Cudeca tin was placed at the Club reception where clients and employees could make a donation. A total amount of 342,62€ was raised and presented to Cudeca with a cheque at their premises in Benalmádena. These funds will go entirely to cover the costs of the professional medical care offered by Cudeca, to patients suffering from cancer and other advanced illnesses, as well as support to their families. All of which is given completely free of charge, thanks to the donations received from solidarity initiatives like this one. From Cudeca we would like to thank both the Sahara Sunset Club employees and the clients, for their collaboration, dedication and support in organising and participating on the event.
