Sandro Spoladore and Carmen Arcos, owners and managers of Strato Mille Group´s charity work for Cudeca have handed in their donation of €11,244.50 at their new restaurant in Costa del Sol, La Pala D´Oro Riviera last Thursday, October 20, as their second fundraising action for the Hospice.
More than 22,500 meal services among all their restaurants have been used to put together this second amount as it was signed at their charity collaboration last year. In result, 0,50€ out of every meal service in any of their restaurants is destined to the Cudeca Foundation´s palliative care.
Their first donation on April 22 this year, made up 6,367€ for the charity. Being added a second one this past October 20, the total figure raised by the generosity of the Stratomille Group goes up to 21,169€ up to date.
At the presentation of the cheque, representatives of both entities were present: Deputy Chief Executive & Financial Director, Rafael Olalla and Communication and Fundraising, Jorge López with the Cudeca Foundation together with owners and managers, Sandro Spoladore and Carmen Arcos besides the Pala D'Oro Riviera chef, Gian Luca Borrelli.
The StratoMille Group is a gastro-vinic business company that manages the restaurants La Pala d'Oro de Málaga, La Pala d'Oro de Benalmádena, La Pala d'Oro Riviera, Yucas Mare, Mar de Copas, Grace en Riviera, La Pala NOW and Bodega ASTORIA. The charity agreement was born out of the group's concern to help society as much as possible and this was made clear at the meeting they held with the Foundation's board of directors last February.
The Foundation wishes to thank once again the Stratomille Group for their loyalty and altruism as well as for their financial support to help Cudeca to continue caring at the end of life.
