The World´s Biggest Coffee Morning returns to Competa on Friday, 29th September from 11am at Café/Restaurante/Bar Lorena to help us one more time!
This is Competa’s sixth annual event and will be even bigger and better yet at still only €5 per person. Tickets available at Todo Papel or Sugar and Spice shops, Competa. There will also be a terrific tombola stall, a raffle stall plus other fundraising games sponsored by Sugar & Spice; Guess the Beans in the Jar and many more surprises.
MacMillan Cancer Support started this idea back in 1990 and it is now their largest fund raising event, last year raising over £29 million across 225,000 different coffee mornings. It is estimated that over 7 million cups of coffee together with over 13 million slices of cake were served on the last Friday of September, last year!!!
Once again, all the funds raised will be shared 50/50 between MacMillan Cancer Support (UK) and the Cudea Hospice (Spain).
