Thanks to the initiative of Fundación Málaga and Carlos Álvarez (baritone), a large group of singers have got together to help Cudeca Hospice raise funds to finance the care programmes which are offered free of charge by them. Every year Cudeca Hospice helps more than 800 people suffering from cancer and other non-curable end of life illnesses, also offering help and support to their families.

 

With this in mind DNRecords has recorded and produced a CD of duets with singers such as:

The CD “Carlos Álvarez y Amigos” was produced thanks to the collaboration of El Corte Inglés de Málaga, Avda. de Andalucia, Málaga.

 

Stemming from the CD, a concert will be held in the Palacio de los Deportes José María Carpena on Tuesday 14th January 2014.  The following artistes have confirmed that they will be singing: Carlos Álvarez, Javier Ojeda, Antonio Torres, Berna Perles, Diez Negritos, Irene Lombard, Antonio Cortés and Pasión Vega. Efecto Mariposa, Diana Navarro and Vanesa Martín have expressed their wish to sing but this is yet to be confirmed.

 

Tickets are already available from Uniticket and El Corte Inglés with different price ranges.

 

Due to slow ticket sales for our charity concert on 14th January, we are drastically reducing the cost of the tickets to ensure that this major event goes ahead and Málaga residents can enjoy this magnificent concert.
