At Cudeca Hospice, our mission is to offer specialized and completely free palliative care. We firmly believe in “adding life to days,” providing not only medical care but also emotional, social, and spiritual support to both patients and their loved ones. We provide psychological and social assistance to help them face the emotional and practical challenges of the illness

TAX DEDUCTIONS

Your contribution not only transforms lives, but also allows you to benefit from significant tax deductions on your tax return.

Persona

Individuals

Tax deduction of up to 80% on the first €250.

40% deduction on the remaining amount (this increases to 45% if you have donated an equal or higher amount in the previous 2 consecutive tax years).

Limit: 15% of your taxable income base.

Empresa

Corporate/Legal Entities

Tax deduction of 40% on your donation.

45% deduction if you have donated an equal or higher amount in the previous 2 consecutive tax years.

Limit: 15% of your taxable income base. Any excess over this limit can be applied in the following 10 consecutive tax years

How we manage your certificates (Tax Calendar)

January: Data Review

We will send you an email with the record of your donations from the previous year so you can verify that everything is correct before we submit it to the Tax Agency.
February: Reporting to the Tax Agency
We officially report to the Spanish Tax Agency (Hacienda). This ensures your donations automatically appear on your draft tax return (borrador).
April: Certificate Delivery
You will receive your official Donation Certificate by email for your records or in case you need to present it.
📌 Essential for your deduction: For the Tax Agency to apply this refund automatically, we need you to always provide your Full Name, NIF/NIE (Tax ID), and email address with all your donations. Without these details, we cannot report them to the Tax Agency. Please send your details to socios@cudeca.org
