The Ballad of Crocodile Rock CD for Cudeca Hospice
Tony and Traci Ruiz from Mijas have put together a fantastic CD with help from the Coast’s renowned artist David J Mairs. The idea is to raise as many funds as possible from the sale of the CD. Ricky Lavazza kindly sang the lead vocals. The proceeds with benefit Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice allowing its professional team of doctors, physiologists, Nurses and Volunteers to continue offering their “Special Kind of Caring” to patients suffering from advanced cancer within the province of Málaga.
“The Ballad of Crocodile Rock”, a new arrangement, produced by Tony is taken from the classic song by Elton John and Bernie Taupin. Tony also donated one of his own Instrumental’s called “Getting Closer to Heaven” as a bonus track.
The CD Single is priced at a respectable minimum donation of 5€ and is available from the Hospice Centre, various Cudeca Charity shops and will shortly be available to download online at www.cudeca.org.
