The army of collection tins moves ever forward!

The Charity collection tins from the Cudeca Hospice have yet again had a superb year with an impressive total of 51.066,78€ raised during 2015, 1457,47€ more than last year!

From Nerja to Sotogrande, Cudeca Hospice has these collection tins placed in bars, restaurants, shops and people´s homes throughout the province of Malaga as well as two gigantic tins in the departure exits at Malaga Airport.

Natalia Aparicio Lombardo, Co-ordinator of this initiative lovingly known as “the Army of the Cudeca Tins” thanks the community for their generous support for having donated their change and to all the volunteers involved for their continual work picking up these tins from everywhere.

We would also like to thank especially the volunteers Allen Rowlands, Keith Johnston Harris and Manuel Maqueda Córtes for having counted the coins as they arrive at Cudeca Hospice Centre, doing it so carefully and responsibly.

The goal for this year is to raise 60.000€. Could you help us?

If you would like to form part of the “Army of Cudeca Tins” or simply to have a collective tin at your house/ shop for that loose change that makes a hole in your wallet, then please get in contact with Natalia on 952 564 910 or via e mail at huchas@cudeca.org.
