La Cala Resort raised  11.299€ at the “Cudeca Cup” Golf Tournament in aid of Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice.  On the XXVI edition of the traditional Cudeca tournament celebrated on the 1st of June, the funds raised exceeded the 11.000€. This means a significant financial injection for Cudeca Hospice dedicated to offer professional medical care to patients suffering from cáncer and other advanced illnesses.    A total of 65 players attended the Europa Golf Course, very well known for its wide streets and for its exceptional bridges in order to cross the Ojén River along its path,as well as tunnels  to get around with the buggy. The tournament  winner in the male category was Antonio María García Sánchez  and the winner in the female category was Mónica Peters. Once the competition had finished, around one hundred diners joined to enjoy an exquisite lunch offered at The Club House  to support Cudeca Hospice. The day finished with the celebration of an interesting auction  with numerous prizes offered by local and national golf courses where the attendees could bid for the ithems whitin a relaxed atmosphere thus increase the economic value raised for  Cudeca and its special kind of caring.  Cudeca Hospice would like to thank La Cala resort for its significant support which helps them to continue offering  its care totally free of charge as well as to all the players who have participated.
