On saturday 29th june, the “Shazbar” together with Beris Gregan celebrated a charity event at SHAZBAR in Urb. “Las joyas”, Estepona.
This Fun Family day was born with the aim to raise funds to help The Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice.
“CUDECA Day” was a full day event where adults and children enjoyed a mini-market of 12 fantastic bargain stalls, morning and afternoon teas and special meals for children.
There was also games and competitions the kids loved: face painting, bubbles, balloons and Live Music show for them till noon and, for the adults, there was a tombola, pool, darts, raffles, wheel of fortune, play your cards right plus lots of Prizes and Surprises.
Nearly 400 euros were raised on this day and will be donated to continue assisting more than 1,400 people with cancer and other advanced illnesses each year, and to offer support to their families completely free of charge.
Some of the SHAZBAR team and the organiser himself have first hand knowledge of the wonderful help and
special kind of care CUDECA Hospice provides to people with cancer. Therefore was their first choice of charities to support when thinking to celebrate this full day event which was organised with all their love and enthusiasm.
