On 14 February at 11:30 am in the assembly hall of the Maternal and Child Hospital in Malaga the commemoration of the World Day of Childhood Cancer took place, an event intended to raise awareness and disseminate research, the fight and support for those suffering from this disease. The group United against Cancer, which is made up of various NGOs and associations related to cancer, participate in full. This group created by the Town Hall of Malaga is currently made up of Cesare Scariolo Foundation, the Spanish Association against Cancer (AECC), the Association of Women with Breast Cancer (ASAMMA), the Association of Children's Volunteers (AVOI), Cudeca (Cancer Care), the Ronald McDonald Foundation, the Luis Olivares Foundation, the Malaga Foundation for Assistance to Cancer Patients and the Association of Mothers and Fathers of Oncological Children of Malaga (ASPANOMA).
