Dance, Music and Solidarity in Benahavís

Last Saturday we were invited to Benahavís to enjoy a picnic livened up with music and dancing in the leafy Park Torre de Leonera.

The proceeds of the evening were destined in equal parts to Cudeca Hospice and Anavis, Benahavís Animal Association. Lynn Fisher, Antonio Guerrero and Dani Rojas organized a solidarity raffle and the entry fee was priced at 5 € as a voluntary donation. The total amount raised for Cudeca was 535 €.

For more than two decades, Cudeca Hospice has provided Palliative care to more than 9.000 patients via the following personalized care programmes: Home care visits, In-Patient unit, Day Care Centre, Physiotherapy, Counselling and Psyco-Social Programme. All care provided by the Hospice is cost-free.

From Cudeca Foundation, Joan Hunt O.B.E., Honorary President & Founder, the medical teams, our patients and their families, we send our heartfelt thanks to all the organizers for making this event possible.
