Cudeca´s tin army marches on

Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice collection tins have seen another good year, with a total of €48,992 having been counted in 2013.

From Nerja to Sotogrande, Cudeca Hospice has collection tins placed in bars, restaurants, shops and private homes, with two boxes at Málaga Airport.

Marisa Ballestracci, Cudeca’s Tin Army co-ordinator would like to thank the public for their generous support in donating their loose change and to all the volunteers for their hard work collecting the tins from the various locations.  Thanks also goes to volunteers Keith Johnston-Harris and Hazel Pettit for counting  the coins which arrive at Cudeca Hospice.

If you would like to become one of Cudeca’s Tin Soldiers and develop a tin round, or simply have a tin in your home for somewhere to put all your loose small change, which bulges your purse or pocket, please phone Marisa on 952 56 49 10 or email huchas@cudeca.org
