Cindy Jones will be holding a stall at the Cómpeta Christmas market on the 5th December. She will be selling Christmas Cards, key rings, cookbooks and Cudeca Calendars from 10 am outside Sugar & Spice shop with all proceeds going to Cudeca Hospice.
 
In addition last week Cudeca received funds raised at the “biggest coffee morning in the world” also organised by Cindy Jones.
 
This was held on 25th September and over one hundred and thirty people went along to Lorena Restaurant, Cómpeta to enjoy tea, coffee or Bucks Fizz together with an amazing selection of over thirty delicious home-made cakes.
 
The tombola table, probably one of the largest to date, had a display of over ninety donated prizes.  All this together with two games of “Guess the Coffee Beans in the Jar” and “Find the number hidden on the cake?” raised 1,860 euros to be shared equally between Cudeca Cancer Care, Spain and  MacMillan Cancer Support, UK   
 
We thank Cindy and her friends for their continuing support to Cudeca Hospice and by doing so providing essential palliative care to patients suffering from advanced cancer and their families in their time of need.
