John Gow is starting a 12 month running challenge.  He will carry out a sponsored run in aid of Cudeca Hospice.

He will competing in the follow races:
 

Marbella Half Marathon. 27th September 2015
Málaga Marathon. 6th December 2015
Torremolinos half Marathon. February 2016
Malaga Half Marathon. April 2016
Rat Race the Wall (UK). June 2016
Pico Veleta. Sierra Nevada. August 2016

 
There are several races throughout the winter in Spain, so hopefully he will be adding further competitions to his calendar.
 
Over the past year John lost two members of his family. He decided to stand up and help Cudeca Hospice by doing something that he enjoys and that’s the perfect way to help out.

The challenge starts next Sunday 27th of September.
 
The funds raised will go towards covering the cost free special care of the home visit programme, the in-patient unit, day unit and rehabilitation arranged each day. We assist more than 1.000 people a year with cancer and other incurable illnesses in an advanced stage, as well as offering help to their families in the province of Málaga.
