House  of  Fusion  Marrakech  and   Penny  Poole  Frigiliana  together  with  CUDECA  are  holding  a  week  long  Benefit  to  raise  funds  for  both Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice  and  Susie  Lock,  a  well  known  and  revered  Frigiliana  resident  of  eighteen  years,  who  is  presently  undergoing  chemo  and  radiotherapy  and  facing  all  the  implications  of  a  cancer  diagnosis.  Edwina, from the House of Fusion Marrakech,  has  a  background  in  oncology  social  work  and  understands  both  personally  and  professionally  what  living  with  cancer  means.  To  be  able  to  contribute  to  the  well-being  of  both  Cudeca  and  Susie  Lock,  is  a  very  special  journey,  celebrated  through  divine  food  and  the   coming  together  of  everyone  wanting  to  make  a  difference.
 

This Moroccan Foodie Week will take place from 20 – 27th August  2012  will  be  all  about  Moroccan  cuisine,  which  is  what  the  House  of  Fusion  Marrakech  is  all  about!  There will be daily classes from at  09.30am – 14.30pm.  Each  class  will  have  a  different    feasting  theme,  tajine,  lunch,  pastry,  salad,   Saturday  Feast  and  Sunday’s   Certificated   Master  Class  of  7  hours.  All  the  classes  of  8  will  be  taken  by  Edwina  and  Taoufik. 
 

Each  evening  will  be  a  Pop-Up  Supper  Club  at  a  different  location  all  serving  fabulous  Moroccan  fusion,  prepared  by  Edwina,  Taoufik  and  Penny.
 

There  will  be  a  raffle  with  irresistible  prizes  and  little  sacks  of  Moroccan  spices  together  with  a  recipe  for  sale.
