Carrefour donates items for Cudeca Hospice Shops

On 8th July, Cudeca’s volunteer driver, Tony Wilkes, drove the Hospice van to Carrefour Alameda in Málaga to pick up a very special donation. Tony was greeted by Francisco Parrales Acosta, from Carrefour Alameda, who took him through to the warehouse. Carrefour very kindly handed over items from the Málaga store for Cudeca to sell on in the 13 charity shops located all over the province of Málaga. Some of the items donated included, a microwave oven, toaster, food processor, various bathroom fittings, kitchen utensils, wooden wine racks and picture frames.

On behalf of the Fundraising Department at Cudeca, we sincerely thank Francisco Parrales Acosta and Carrefour for their generosity enabling us to continue giving life to the days of patients suffering from advanced cancer within the province of Málaga.
