This collaboration was formalised through the Agreement regulating the exceptional grant for the project: Home Palliative Care for patients in the municipality of Mijas in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Esta subvenci\u00f3n contribuye al mantenimiento del servicio prestado por CUDECA en el municipio, en el que durante el a\u00f1o 2024, se han atendido a 147 pacientes, los\/as cuales tienen una media de edad de 70 a\u00f1os, y en un 92% de los casos presentan enfermedades oncol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p>The objectives of the Home Care service focus on improving quality of life, relieving suffering, and promoting autonomy for individuals with advanced illnesses who are facing the end-of-life stage.
