{"id":27017,"date":"2022-03-21T08:42:01","date_gmt":"2022-03-21T08:42:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/?p=27017"},"modified":"2022-03-22T15:23:13","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T15:23:13","slug":"cuidando-a-los-cuidadores-y-cuidadoras-del-valle-guadalhorce-de-pacientes-con-enfermedad-avanzada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/caring-for-carers-in-the-guadalhorce-valley-of-patients-with-advanced-illness\/","title":{"rendered":"Caring for carers in the Guadalhorce Valley"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>Cudeca Hospice is developing the project <strong>&#8220;Caring for carers\u00a0 of patients with an advanced or terminal illness in the Guadalhorce Valley&#8221;<\/strong> thanks to the collaboration and a grant of 20,000 euros from the Provincial Council of Malaga in the framework of the 2020 call for grants to NGO&#8217;s, for the implementation of projects to care for citizens in the province of Malaga.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this project is to bring Cudeca&#8217;s Hospice care closer to those who are furthest away in the province and who live in a situation of depopulation, where care is becoming more and more complicated,\u00a0 because the\u00a0 traditional way of caregiving has been changing. This is a continuity project that will be implemented as new needs arise.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to note that the pandemic has hindered some of its activities, however, we have been able to hold a face-to-face session thanks to the hospitality of Co\u00edn Town Council.
