{"id":23615,"date":"2020-03-11T10:39:35","date_gmt":"2020-03-11T10:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/?p=23615"},"modified":"2020-03-11T10:41:53","modified_gmt":"2020-03-11T10:41:53","slug":"noche-de-diversion-con-la-pena-malaguista-de-dinamarca-y-cudeca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/noche-de-diversion-con-la-pena-malaguista-de-dinamarca-y-cudeca\/","title":{"rendered":"Fun night with the Pe\u00f1a Malaguista of Denmark and CUDECA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>On March 5, representatives of CUDECA and the Pe\u00f1a Malaguista of Denmark together with many other guests and friends of the Danish group, gathered up at the <a href=\"https:\/\/dossmarbella.com\/\">D\u00f6ss Restaurant in Cabopino (Marbella)<\/a> for a joyful fundraising evening to helping us to continue our <em>special kind of caring<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/xn--federaciondepeasmalaguistas-2uc.es\/pe_as_federadas\/pena-de-dinamarca\/\">The Pe\u00f1a Malaguista of Denmark<\/a> is the result of the passion of the sports journalist Morten M\u00f6ller, for football and for the white-blue colors. Although he has always given his unconditional support to the club of Martiricos, he has also been involved in different solidarity causes. &#8220;Tonight, in addition to enjoying dinner and the live show, the members are going to donate 3,000 euros to CUDECA&#8221;, he has declared with great emotion. \u201cWe are very happy to be able to donate this money to CUDECA and are proud of the good work of the foundation\u201d, continued <strong>Morten Moller<\/strong>. \u201cIt\u00b4s such an honour to keep receiving the help of associations as The Pe\u00f1a Malaguista of Denmark so we can continue caring for more than 1,400 patients every year. The night has been lovely and full of dance and music and we are also having a great time with the group. Hopefully, this collaboration will continue for many years to come\u201d, stated <strong>Rafael Olalla, our Deputy Chief Executive &amp; Financial Director<\/strong>\u00a0with great excitement. CUDECA has around 1,000 volunteers and 23 charity shops. La Pe\u00f1a is continuing this great commitment to the hospice for more than a decade already.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6ss restaurant served a 3 course menu at maximum quality and the guests were entertained by <strong>Mickey Pless<\/strong> at his piano and, then, the famous <strong>Dario (winner of Eurovision in the 60\u00b4s)<\/strong> performed his most popular songs for all. The dance was led by <strong>Egon Kjer<\/strong> and the guests jumped in the dance floor until the late hours of the night.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>From the Cudeca Hospice, special thanks go to Morten Moller and The Pe\u00f1a de Dinamarca for their commitment and organization, D\u00f6ss restaurant for such a wonderful menu and the artists for their beautiful performances.
