[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Once again Cudeca Hospice\u00a0celebrates\u00a0their traditional Christmas \u201cLight a Light\u201d in memory of a loved one<\/strong>, on\u00a0Friday 13th December<\/strong>\u00a0from 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

During this celebration the traditional lighting of the lights that decorate the Cudeca Hospice Centre in Benalm\u00e1dena will be carried out by the Founder & Honorary President, Joan Hunt OBE; and the chief executive & Medical Director, Marisa Mart\u00edn together with more than 300 charity candles of the volunteers, friends and employees.<\/p>\n

Also you will be able to enjoy at this uplifting occasion:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A visit from Father Christmas
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Face painting for the little ones
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Christmas cake & sweets
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pupils of Sunny View College Choir
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Raffle<\/p>\n

On this special evening, we will participate in charity raffle, home-made cakes, and other savoury delights. Further items will be on sale, e.g.: Cudeca\u2019s popular Christmas Cards, hand crafted by patients and volunteers, Calendars and the Christmas lottery tickets.<\/p>\n

Light a Light<\/span>
\n<\/strong>If you wish to light a light in memory of your loved one, you can do it at\u00a0www.lightupcudeca.org<\/a> for a minimum donation of \u20ac10 or at the Hospice Centre on the night of the event.<\/p>\n

The dedication will figure in the book \u201cLight a Light\u201d that will be printed and displayed in the Cudeca Hospice.
\nThe Lights of the Centre are a personal tribute and will continue to shine until 6th January.<\/p>\n

Everyone is welcome to join us for this poignant evening.<\/p>\n

Light a Light is possible thanks to choirs, and volunteers!<\/p>\n
