{"id":21335,"date":"2019-07-02T11:20:51","date_gmt":"2019-07-02T11:20:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/?p=21335"},"modified":"2019-07-02T15:04:21","modified_gmt":"2019-07-02T15:04:21","slug":"gran-donacion-de-la-asociacion-astor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/gran-donacion-de-la-asociacion-astor\/","title":{"rendered":"Great donation from Astor Association"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On Monday 1st of july we received an important donation from the <strong>Association of Residents of Torreblanca (Astor)<\/strong> at the Cudeca Hospice Charity Shop in los Boliches, Fuengirola.<\/p>\n<p>Astor, after 40 years of operation and seeing fulfilled the objectives for which it was constituted in defense of the rights of the residents of the neighborhood, has unanimously decided to dissolve and donate the remaining funds, amounting to \u20ac 17,000, to Cudeca Hospice.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of Astor Association the act was attended by the President, Lee Cashin, the treasurer Brian O\u00b4Carrol, and numerous members of the association, and on behalf of \u00a0Cudeca Hospice the act \u00a0was attended by the Vice President Susan Hannam who collected the generous donation and who was also accompanied by the Chief Executive and Financial Director of Cudeca, Rafael Olalla, the Manager of the Los Boliches Cudeca Charity Shop, Carmen Rodriguez and several volunteers from this shop.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank you for the important donation from the Torreblanca Residents Association (Astor), which will help CUDECA care for people with cancer and other advanced illnesses, as well as offering support to their families.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On Monday 1st of july we received an important donation from the Association of Residents of Torreblanca (Astor) at the Cudeca Hospice Charity Shop in los Boliches, Fuengirola.
