{"id":20720,"date":"2019-04-25T14:24:20","date_gmt":"2019-04-25T14:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/?p=20720"},"modified":"2019-04-25T14:24:20","modified_gmt":"2019-04-25T14:24:20","slug":"re-inauguracion-de-nuestra-tienda-benefica-en-marbella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/re-inauguration-of-our-charity-shop-in-marbella\/","title":{"rendered":"Re-inauguration of our Charity Shop in Marbella"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>On Tuesday 23 April, the Councillor for Social Rights of Marbella City Council, Isabel Cintado, attended the re-inauguration of our Charity Shop in Marbella after the end of the period of reforms.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Councillor was besides our V<strong>ice President of the Hospice, Susan Hannam; the Deputy Manager and Financial Director, Rafael Olalla; and the Coordinator of the Charity Shops, Katie O\u00b4Neill<\/strong>; and by <strong>a large number of our volunteers and other guests.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The items on display are children&#8217;s and adult clothing, accessories and shoes, as well as household goods and decorative items donated by the community. For this reform, we have opted for an innovative decoration concept using recycled materials such as pallets, golf clubs, picture frames, etc. In this way, we want to promote the circular economy and responsible consumption.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-20723\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Re-inauguraci\u00f3n-Marbella-2-expositor-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Re-inauguraci\u00f3n-Marbella-2-expositor-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Re-inauguraci\u00f3n-Marbella-2-expositor-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Re-inauguraci\u00f3n-Marbella-2-expositor-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Re-inauguraci\u00f3n-Marbella-2-expositor.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 85vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our Charity Shops are run by teams of volunteers and are the Foundation&#8217;s most important source of funding.
