{"id":19442,"date":"2019-01-28T12:43:41","date_gmt":"2019-01-28T12:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/?p=19442"},"modified":"2019-01-28T12:46:49","modified_gmt":"2019-01-28T12:46:49","slug":"divertida-noche-benefica-de-the-carvery-por-cudeca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/divertida-noche-benefica-de-the-carvery-por-cudeca\/","title":{"rendered":"Great atmosphere at The Carvery Fundraising Night for CUDECA  raising more than \u20ac700!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>On Friday, December 21 in 2018, <a href=\"https:\/\/thecarverycompany.com\/\">The Carvery Restaurant<\/a> in Torremolinos celebrated their Fundraising night for CUDECA raising \u20ac765 to help us continue our\u00a0<em>special kind of caring<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inspired by a great spirit of solidarity, the staff at The Carvery were more than happy to invite all clients, acquaintances and friends to enjoy a fabulous night with a superb dinner served, live entertainment and raffle + auction to raise funds for us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Carvery buffet was served as usual with a few extra Christmas treats for the festive season.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The live entertainment of the night was given by <strong>Tony Whitehouse<\/strong>, who sung songs for all ages including Christmas songs and made people enjoy themselves and even have a dance!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The staff of The Carvery were in charge of selling the raffle tickets beforehand and on the night for the Christmas Hamper. Then the raffle and auction prizes on the night such as a Carvery Gift Voucher for a meal for four, also very kindly donated by <strong>Baileys Sports Bar<\/strong>, <strong>Montemar<\/strong> vouchers for drinks. Plus a donation of a voucher from <strong>Santorini Restaurant,<\/strong> Fuengirola, a manicure\/pedicure and an afternoon tea for four were amongst the prizes that helped the raffle and auction to raise a total of 465.00.
