This is the eighth edition of the event and second consecutive year of collaboration between the Marbella 4 Days Walking organization and us, raising more than \u20ac1,000 to the charity through the online registrations of all of the walkers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This year, the M4DW has become a candidate member of IML (International League of Marching), a global organization of walking associations. During this eighth edition, two members of the IML (one from the Netherlands and one from Luxembourg) have assessed whether the organization meets the requirements of the IML (results to be known yet).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Walkers have walked routes of 20 &#8211; 30 kilometres, with Sunday 15 October being the shortest route (10 kilometres) for children up to the age of 16. At the end of each day, all attendees were able to enjoy two great music bands and snacks offered by the local and very well-known pastries and catering GOYO.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On the 12<sup>th<\/sup> November, <strong>Presidents of the organization Hans and Clarie W\u00f6hl<\/strong>, got together in a meeting with Esther R\u00e1ez, with the Communication and Fundraising department, to hand in the fundraising of \u20ac1,092.55.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We would love to say thank you to the presidents of Marbella 4 Days Walking and their organization for keeping their connection with CUDECA and helping to allow us to continue caring for more patients and their families at the end of life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In October, more than 2,000 walkers of 20 different nationalities left Arroyo de la Represa in Marbella to walk various routes during 4 days.
