{"id":17553,"date":"2018-05-30T14:01:35","date_gmt":"2018-05-30T14:01:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/?p=17553"},"modified":"2018-05-31T10:23:30","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T10:23:30","slug":"cudeca-presente-en-los-40-anos-de-asaja-malaga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/cudeca-presente-en-los-40-anos-de-asaja-malaga\/","title":{"rendered":"CUDECA is present at the Malaga Farmers&#8217; Association&#8217;s 40th anniversary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, May 29th <a href=\"http:\/\/www.asajamalaga.com\/asaja.php\">AS<\/a><u>AJA<\/u> Malaga (the Malaga branch of the Young Farmers\u2019 Association) held its General Assembly which coincided with two special dates \u2013 ASAGA\u2019s (the Growers\u2019 and Farmers\u2019 Association) 40th anniversary and 25 years since the founding of ASAJA (the Young Farmers\u2019 Association).<\/p>\n<p>Attending the act was the Minister of Agriculture, <strong>Isabel Garc\u00eda Tejerina<\/strong>, and also present, on behalf of the Cudeca Foundation, <strong>Dr.<\/strong> <strong>Marisa Mart\u00edn, <\/strong>Chief Executive and Medical Director, who spoke to the assembly about CUDECA\u2019s work over the last 25 years.\u00a0 After the meeting a charity raffle in aid of CUDECA was held, raising 6,000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>CUDECA Hospice gives heartfelt thanks to everyone who took part in the raffle and to the important support it receives from ASAJA.<\/p>\n<p>All funds raised will go to the professional, free of charge care that CUDECA Hospice gives each year to more than 1,400 patients with cancer, and other advanced-stage illnesses without cure, as well as the support given to their families.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, May 29th ASAJA Malaga (the Malaga branch of the Young Farmers\u2019 Association) held its General Assembly which coincided with two special dates \u2013 ASAGA\u2019s (the Growers\u2019 and Farmers\u2019 Association) 40th anniversary and 25 years since the founding of ASAJA (the Young Farmers\u2019 Association).
