The event sees the pueblo\u2019s foreign residents sharing their customs, gastronomy, music and traditions with their Spanish neighbours and visitors from the coast, in aid of our hospice.<\/p>\n<p>As in previous years there will be stands representing many different nations where the public can enjoy typical dishes, lovingly prepared for the occasion by Istan residents who hailed originally from Scotland, USA, South Africa, India and Nicaragua, to name just a few of the countries taking part.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone who comes along will be able to savour the international home-cooked food, quite unlike the Spanish and Mediterranean gastronomy, in a friendly, relaxed, outdoor atmosphere with live entertainment by singer, and Istan resident, Helena Paul.<\/p>\n<p>The tapas and drinks will have a symbolic price and all the funds raised will go integrally, for the third consecutive year, to CUDECA Hospice, the non-profit foundation whose mission is to care for patients with advanced cancer, while assisting their families.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for food and beverages will be on sale at Cudeca\u2019s stand, at the entrance to the Plaza de Andalucia.\u00a0 These tickets, which cost just 1\u20ac for a tapa or 0,50\u20ac for a drink, can be exchanged at any of the stands.
