On September, John Gow completed the Marbella Half Marathon donating the sponsorship funds raised to Cudeca Hospice. <\/strong>He reach 318 \u20ac by sponsor donations.
\u00a0<\/div>\n
He is doing a 12 month running challenge<\/strong> in aid of Cudeca Hospice. The following races are:<\/div>\n

  • M\u00e1laga Marathon. 6th<\/sup> December 2015<\/li>\n
  • Torremolinos half Marathon. February 2016<\/li>\n
  • Malaga Half Marathon. April 2016<\/li>\n
  • Rat Race the Wall (UK). June 2016<\/li>\n
  • Pico Veleta. Sierra Nevada. August 2016<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0<\/div>\n
    Over the past year John lost two members of his family. He decided to help Cudeca Hospice by doing something that he enjoys and that\u2019s the perfect way to help out.<\/div>\n
    \u00a0<\/div>\n
    We thank John for his support and wish him luck and are grateful for this extraordinary effort.

    \u00a0<\/div>\n
    The funds raised will go towards covering the cost free special care of the home visit programme, the in-patient unit, day unit and rehabilitation arranged each day. We assist more than 1.000 people a year<\/strong> with cancer and other incurable illnesses in an advanced stage, as well as offering help to their families in the province of M\u00e1laga.<\/div>\n
