The wonderful community of Competa and its surrounding villages once again, gave tremendous support for the fundraising at the World\u2019s Biggest Coffee Morning<\/strong>.\u00a0 This was held on 26th September <\/strong>and over one hundred and thirty people came along to El Pilon Restaurant<\/strong>, Competa to enjoy tea, coffee or Bucks Fizz together with an amazing selection of over thirty delicious home-made cakes.

The tombola table, probably one of the largest to date with a display of over ninety donated prizes.\u00a0 All this together with two games of \u201cGuess the Coffee Beans in the Jar\u201d and \u201cHow many 100s and 1000s on the cake?\u201d raised at the time of going to press, 1613 euros <\/strong>to be shared equally between MacMillan Cancer Support, UK and Cudeca Cancer Care, Spain.
