The visit followed a cheque presentation of 27.336\u20ac raised at the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/globalgiftfoundation.org\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Gift Gala <\/a><\/strong>held on 2nd July\u00a0at Hotel Meli\u00e1 Don Pepe; this gala dinner was organised with the American actress Eva Longoria.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">  Joan Hunt, Honorary President and Founder of Cudeca Hospice; Dr. Marisa Martin, Manager and Medical Director; Rafael Olalla, Deputy Chief Executive \u2013 Financial Director; and Roc\u00edo Torres, Communications &amp; Fundraising Manager, \u00a0accompanied Mar\u00eda Bravo and her team on the visit to see the Day Centre, In-Patient Unit, administration offices, the care programmes and many other multi-disciplinary activities.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">  Cudeca Foundation is sincerely grateful to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/globalgiftfoundation.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Gift Foundation<\/a> <\/strong>for their very important support, which will help us to continue offering our <em>Special Kind of Caring<\/em> to so far more than 8,000 patients, suffering from advanced cancer and support to their families, completely free of charge.<br \/>  \u00a0<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[:en] Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice had the pleasure of receiving a visit from Mar\u00eda Bravo, President of the\u00a0Global Gift Foundation\u00a0and members of her team: Roc\u00edo Mac\u00edas, Ana Tormo, Hazel Gormeley Leahy and Carmen Bravo at our Palliative Care Centre located in Benalmadena.
