{"id":16264,"date":"2014-04-16T18:27:12","date_gmt":"2014-04-16T18:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/actualidad\/the-mijas-town-hall-grants-a-subsidy-to-the-cudeca-hospice\/"},"modified":"2014-04-16T18:27:12","modified_gmt":"2014-04-16T18:27:12","slug":"the-mijas-town-hall-grants-a-subsidy-to-the-cudeca-hospice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/the-mijas-town-hall-grants-a-subsidy-to-the-cudeca-hospice\/","title":{"rendered":"The Mijas Town Hall grants a subsidy to the Cudeca Hospice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"notCuerpo\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">On the 16th of April, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mijas.es\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mijas town hall<\/strong><\/a> approved the concession \u20ac50,000 to subsidize the <strong>Cudeca Cancer Care Foundation<\/strong>.<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  Present at the ceremony was Carmen Marquez, Mijas councilwoman for Social Well-Being and the councilwoman Health Services, Maria del Mar Rios; and on behalf of the Cudeca Foundation, Rafael Olalla, Sub-Director and Financial Director; and Rafael Gomez, responsible for Cudeca&#039;s Assistance Programs.<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  Carmen Marquez stated &#8220;this is a commitment our mayor proposed to Cudeca&#039;s board members and today it&#039;s become a reality. We know the difficulties Cudeca has faced, and the public administrations cannot let these types of vital organizations collapse, especially those that do good in our society, like Cudeca&#8221;.<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  At the same time, Maria del Mar Rios highlighted, &#8220;in the governing team we feel that it&#039;s fundamental that Cudeca continue with it&#039;s assistance programs for all our neighboring residents.
