{"id":16205,"date":"2013-08-06T18:15:20","date_gmt":"2013-08-06T18:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/actualidad\/inauguration-of-the-cudeca-hospice-charity-shop-in-arroyo-de-la-miel\/"},"modified":"2013-08-06T18:15:20","modified_gmt":"2013-08-06T18:15:20","slug":"inauguration-of-the-cudeca-hospice-charity-shop-in-arroyo-de-la-miel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/inauguration-of-the-cudeca-hospice-charity-shop-in-arroyo-de-la-miel\/","title":{"rendered":"[:en]Inauguration of the Cudeca Hospice Charity Shop in Arroyo de la Miel[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:en]<\/p>\n<div id=\"notCuerpo\">\n<div>\n<div>  \t\t<strong>Benalmadena, 6th August 2013<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>  \tOn Friday 2nd August at 12:00hrs, Cudeca Hospice celebrated the inauguration of the Arroyo de la Miel Charity shop in its new location.\u00a0 The event took place at the new shop local, located on Avenida Garc\u00eda Lorca, near the ice rink and UK Foods.  \t<\/p>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>  \t\tAttending this official act was the Mayoress of Benalm\u00e1dena, Paloma Garc\u00eda; Inmaculada Hern\u00e1ndez, Councilor of Health; Ana Maria Mac\u00edas, Councilor of Community Participation and Trade and present on behalf of Cudeca was Marisa Mart\u00edn, Chief Executive and Medical Director; Rafael Olalla, Financial Director; Katie O&#039;Neill, Charity Shops Coordinator; Inma Ru\u00edz, Volunteers Coordinator and the volunteers who dedicate their time to our cause.<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>  \tThe initial move to this new location, took place in mid-June and after a period of organization and adaptation, we are delighted to celebrate the start of a new era in this lovely spacious new venue. Since moving, we are very pleased to report an increase in general activity, which helps us to continue offering our \u00abSpecial Kind of Caring\u00bb to patients suffering from cancer and other advanced and non-curable illnesses, and support to their families.
