{"id":16201,"date":"2013-07-18T18:15:03","date_gmt":"2013-07-18T18:15:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/actualidad\/a-daydream-charity-gala-dinner-at-the-jos-carlos-garca-restaurant\/"},"modified":"2013-07-18T18:15:03","modified_gmt":"2013-07-18T18:15:03","slug":"a-daydream-charity-gala-dinner-at-the-jos-carlos-garca-restaurant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/a-daydream-charity-gala-dinner-at-the-jos-carlos-garca-restaurant\/","title":{"rendered":"A Daydream Charity Gala Dinner at the Jos&#233; Carlos Garc&#237;a Restaurant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"notCuerpo\">\n<div>\n<div>  \t\t<strong>Benalm\u00e1dena, 17th July 2013<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>  \tOn the 12th July, Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice held its 7th Gala Dinner in the Jos\u00e9 Carlos Garcia restaurant, located on Muelle 1, Malaga, with the aim of raising funds to continue Giving Life to Days to people with cancer and other advanced and non-curable illnesses, totally free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>  \tThanks to all the guests, the raffle and non-attendance donations, we managed to raise close to 6,000\u20ac at this special event with the company of Elias Bendodo, President of the \u2018Diputaci\u00f3n\u2019 of M\u00e1laga; Jesus Fortes, Deputy Delegate of the Malaga Provincial Government; Paco Pomares, Councilor of Citizen Participation of Malaga; Daniel Perez, Health Delegate of the Junta de Andalucia in M\u00e1laga.\u00a0 From the Benalm\u00e1dena Town Hall, Paloma Garcia, Mayoress and Ana Macias, Councilor of Citizen Participation &amp; Trade.  \t<\/p>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>  \t\tWe were also accompanied by other renowned companies and businesses such as Unicaja Obra Social, Bellosol, Colegio de Enfermer\u00eda de M\u00e1laga, Diputaci\u00f3n de M\u00e1laga, Disofic, G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo Abogados, Grupo Suite, Rotary Club M\u00e1laga, Segurisur, and the Xanit International Hospital.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>  \tPrior to commencing the dinner, special guests and Spanish celebrities, Remedios Cervantes and Domi del Postigo, gratefully accepted the position and honorary title of becoming Cudeca Hospice Ambassadors, in recognition for their continuous charitable collaboration towards the Special Kind of Caring provided by Cudeca Hospice.\u00a0\u00a0  \t<\/p>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>  \t\tFollowing the dinner, a traditional raffle was held for Cudeca Hospice with great gifts donated by collaborating companies such as Unicaja Obra Social, Bellosol, Mijas Beach and Villa Tiberio restaurants, Don Carlos and Hotel Molino del Santo Hotels, Shanti-Som Wellbeing Centre, Birdies Wine Cellar, amongst others.<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>  \tCudeca is sincerely grateful to Jos\u00e9 Carlos Garcia and his team and to all those who attended the dinner for their unconditional support.  \t<\/p>\n<div>  \t\t\u00a0<\/div><\/div>\n<div>  \t\u00a0<\/div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benalm\u00e1dena, 17th July 2013 On the 12th July, Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice held its 7th Gala Dinner in the Jos\u00e9 Carlos Garcia restaurant, located on Muelle 1, Malaga, with the aim of raising funds to continue Giving Life to Days to people with cancer and other advanced and non-curable illnesses, totally free of charge.
