Cudeca is sometimes donated articles which are obviously more valuable than the norm sold in our charity shops. Our problem is to find people to help us in validating, valuing (and possibly even repairing) them – and for this reason we are appealing for anyone with a keen amateur interest or professional expertise to help us. The receipt of these items is strictly on an “ad-hoc” basis, but it would be very useful to have a list of contact points for when they are donated.

We are looking for help in areas such as china; glassware; paintings & prints; books; furniture and domestic equipment (but with antiques; clocks; jewellery; gemstones; silver; furs and fashion items gratefully received on occasion!).
If you live on the Costa del Sol and would be willing to travel in to the Cudeca Hospice Centre in Arroyo de la Miel when we have donations falling within your area of expertise, we should be very grateful for your help.

In order to sell the items so identified, we are developing a “Special Sale Items” section on our website to advertise them. E-Bay it isn\u00b4t (yet), but if it helps us achieve better prices for donations received, we will consider it a success!
