The 1st International Exhibition of Art Quilts \/ Patchwork from 1 to 11 September will be held at the Bil-Bil Castle in Arroyo de la Miel from the 1st to the 11th September by the Lucky Quilters group, a new Patchwork association recently created in Benalm\u00e1dena.
\u00a0
The exhibition\u00b4s opening will be on September 1 and closing on September 11. The Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice will be present at the event to inform the community about their work.
\u00a0
The opening hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and from 17:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m., admission is free and you will be able to see works of Art Quilts \/ Patchwork made by artists from all over the world.

The artists have donated a quilted blanket valued at 3,000 euros which will be drawn among attendees who purchased tickets sold by the Cudeca volunteers; in addition, these volunteers will be able to inform attendees on how to become a Cudeca member and will provide information about the services that Cudeca offers in the province of Malaga.

The association\u00b4s motto is \u201cwith art we improve our world\u201d, and from Cudeca we would like to convey that this is the main idea.

The draw will be made on the last day of the exhibition and the winning number will be communicated through the Facebook pages of the Lucky Quilters Association and Cudeca respectively.
