Therefore, this weekend remarked, over 400 Hospice Centres, will deliver more than 1.000 simultaneous concerts in more than 74 countries.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>World Hospice and Palliative Care Day is a unified day of action to celebrate and support hospice and palliative care around the world.
