{"id":14498,"date":"2015-06-06T11:09:22","date_gmt":"2015-06-06T11:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/actualidad\/cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-392\/"},"modified":"2015-06-06T11:09:22","modified_gmt":"2015-06-06T11:09:22","slug":"cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-392","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-392\/","title":{"rendered":"Cudeca Foundation, Cancer Hospice, Events"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"notCuerpo\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">One more year, Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice holds its <strong>annual Sunflower Campaign<\/strong> in order to raise funds and awareness to the people of Malaga on the importance of the <em><strong>Special Kind of Caring<\/strong><\/em> that Cudeca provides.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">  For more than two decades, Cudeca has provided care to <strong>more than 9.000 patients<\/strong> via the following personalised care programmes:\u00a0 Home Care visits, In-Patient Unit, Day Care Centre, Physiotherapy, Counselling and Psycho-Social Programme.\u00a0 All the care provided by the Hospice is cost-free.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">  <strong>During this Campaign<\/strong>, dozens of Cudeca volunteers will take to the streets to raise awareness and offer Sunflowers (symbol of International Palliative Care), in exchange for donations, with the aim of giving life to the days of over 900 patients and their families attended to each year, by Cudeca, thanks to its professional team of doctors, physiologists, nurses and volunteers.<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  <strong>The Sunflower Campaign 2015<\/strong>, will take place from <strong>6th June to 21th June<\/strong>, when the awareness tables and volunteers will be conveniently located at popular locations within the M\u00e1laga capital and province such as: Arroyo de la Miel, Fuengirola, Mijas, Nerja, Torremolinos, Marbella, M\u00e1laga, Benalm\u00e1dena, and many more places, with the aim of raising those vital funds enabling Cudeca to continue Giving Life to Days to those who need it most.<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  <strong>To participate as a volunteer<\/strong> in the Sunflower Campaign <strong>or for more information <\/strong>regarding the Sunflower Campaign itinerary, please do not hesitate to contact us at <a href=\"mailto:pr@cudeca.org\">pr@cudeca.org<\/a>, via our webpage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\" target=\"_blank\">www.cudeca.org<\/a> or on tel: <strong>952 56 49 10<\/strong>.\u00a0<br \/>  \u00a0<\/div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One more year, Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice holds its annual Sunflower Campaign in order to raise funds and awareness to the people of Malaga on the importance of the Special Kind of Caring that Cudeca provides.
