{"id":14462,"date":"2014-10-14T11:06:06","date_gmt":"2014-10-14T11:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/actualidad\/cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-359\/"},"modified":"2014-10-14T11:06:06","modified_gmt":"2014-10-14T11:06:06","slug":"cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-359","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-359\/","title":{"rendered":"Cudeca Foundation, Cancer Hospice, Events"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"notCuerpo\">\n<div>  Hoteliers belonging to the\u00a0Malaga\u00a0Association of Restaurateurs (AMARES), donate <strong>4000\u20ac<\/strong> to four entities and\u00a0NGO&#039;s\u00a0from the funds raised during the\u00a0Malaga\u00a0Film Festival.\u00a0<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  This solidarity gesture transpired at the last edition of the\u00a0Malaga\u00a0Film Festival in which a group of\u00a0<strong>AMARES<\/strong>\u00a0hoteliers, together with the\u00a0Malaga\u00a0Film Festival, agreed that restaurants would offer special menu deals to all film festival participants and the accredited and that the funds raised would be donated to assist institutions in most need of financial support.\u00a0<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  After reviewing several candidates, it was decided that one of the beneficiaries should be a local entity related to the arts and culture. This is the case with the\u00a0Grupo\u00a0Cienfuegos, which is comprised of a young group of artists who seek and attend to new cultural projects helping promote cultural awareness activities throughout\u00a0Malaga.\u00a0<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  In addition, a donation in the amount of <strong>1000\u20ac<\/strong> will be made to the\u00a0<strong>Cudeca\u00a0Hospice<\/strong>, <strong>Luis\u00a0Olivares\u00a0Foundation\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>the\u00a0Little\u00a0Sisters\u00a0of the\u00a0Poor<\/strong>.<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  This solidarity gesture is\u00a0intended\u00a0to\u00a0help\u00a0all\u00a0those\u00a0cultural entities and\u00a0NGO&#039;s\u00a0in\u00a0Malaga\u00a0who\u00a0work\u00a0hard daily to\u00a0help\u00a0others\u00a0and\u00a0tieing\u00a0into the\u00a0Malaga\u00a0Film Festival, a festival so loved by its people, makes it\u00a0even\u00a0more\u00a0unique\u00a0and special.\u00a0<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  The 12 restaurants that actively participated are as follows:\u00a0Strachan, Lo\u00a0G\u00fceno, Los\u00a0Hidalgos,\u00a0Taberna\u00a0Gallega, Los\u00a0Mellizos,\u00a0Quitapenas, La Canasta,\u00a0Taberna\u00a0Mitjana, El\u00a0Pimpi, El\u00a0Rescoldo,\u00a0Taberna\u00a0Cantarrana\u00a0y Bar\u00a0Jam\u00f3n, all belonging to the recently created\u00a0Malaga\u00a0Association of Restaurateurs (AMARES)<br \/>  \u00a0<br \/>  Last year they offered a\u00a0unique\u00a0gastronomic experience and this year, united with\u00a0AMARES, they intend to reinforce this agreement and carry out more projects within the\u00a0Malaga\u00a0Film Festival which up to now has proven to be successful.
