\tAnother year has gone by and here we are again preparing for the Cudeca Walkathon 2011.<\/div>\n
\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\tOn Sunday, the 15th of May<\/strong>, we look forward to seeing on the promenade in front of the Sunset Beach complex at Benalmadena<\/strong>, where you have a choice of three routes: 10 kms<\/strong>. for the sports enthusiasts at 10.30 h<\/strong>., 5 kms<\/strong>. for those of you who like to walk, at 11.30 h<\/strong>., and the 2 kms<\/strong>. walk specially adapted for children and friends in wheelchairs, at 11.30 h<\/strong>. Inscriptions will begin at 09.30 h. at the tables by the sea wall at 10\u20ac (prepayment) and 12\u20ac for payment on the day and 6\u20ac for children.<\/div>\n
\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\tThe idea is that you get your family and friends to sponsor you for every kilometre you walk.<\/div>\n
\tThe persons who bring in the highest sponsorship moneys for the Cudeca Hospice will receive excellent prizes. There will also be a prize for the biggest group of people taking part in the Walk (friends, clubs etc.) This year the money raised will go towards covering the costs of the care programmes for more than 700 patients suffering from advanced cancer and their families, completely free of charge.<\/div>\n
\tThe inscription form will be available at the end of April and you can register at either the reception of the Cudeca Hospice, in any of the 12 Charity Shops that the Foundation has along the Coast, and on line, on our web page, www.cudeca.org<\/a>.<\/div>\n
\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\tThis will be a fun day for the family with sport, live music, a big paella, BBQ and other amusements. Our friends, Exploramas, will take care of the games and there will be a live show for children with a performance by Ronald McDonald.<\/div>\n
