{"id":14095,"date":"2009-12-11T09:55:20","date_gmt":"2009-12-11T09:55:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/actualidad\/cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-60\/"},"modified":"2009-12-11T09:55:20","modified_gmt":"2009-12-11T09:55:20","slug":"cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-60","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/en\/actualidad\/cudeca-foundation-cancer-hospice-events-60\/","title":{"rendered":"Cudeca Foundation, Cancer Hospice, Events"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"notCuerpo\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice once again celebrates <span class=\"Ask-Negrita\">Light a Light <\/span>in memory of our loved ones on Friday 11th December at 6.00 p.m. at the Hospice Centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Light a Light is a special tribute to a loved one when a light and candle is dedicated to them for a minimum donation of \u20ac10.<\/p>\n<p>  On this evening the special Christmas lights which surround the Hospice building are switched on by our President and Founder, Joan Hunt O.B.E., and every one of those lights is in memory of someone special. At the same time we all hold a candle.<\/p>\n<p>  Before the switching on of the lights, we will enjoy listening to choirs of English and Spanish Christmas Carols and the wonderful sound of Bell Ringers. There will also be a raffle and we can enjoy eating home made cakes and other savoury delights. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/index.aspx?secc=\/bc\/shops\/onlineshop\/getinto\">Further items on sale will be Cudeca\u00b4s popular Christmas Cards, made by patients and volunteers, the 2010 Calendars and the \u201cEl Gordo\u201d Lottery tickets will be available too.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Everyone is welcome to join us for this poignant evening.
