This year\u2019s plans include an open-air market for local businesses in the new Paseo de la Tradiciones alongside the church and main square from 11am. From the square, there will be a short walk to Av. de Torrox where the Mayor of C\u00f3mpeta, Jos\u00e9 Luis Torres Guti\u00e9rrez, will unveil a magnificent statue created by artist Moira Schepel and commissioned by the RACE 4 LIFE team following last years race.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 5km walk will end in the beautiful white village of Alberdini where walkers will be greeted with a welcome drink and delicious paella. There will also be lots of other activities including a children\u2019s disco, treasure hunt, and live music.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A raffle draw and auction will also be organised including many fantastic prizes all donated by local businesses, friends and acquaintances.
