The tax authorities now reduce your tax bill by a bigger percentage of your donation and encourage your generosity by increasing the tax savings once you have made a donation every year for three years.<\/p>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-32016 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Deducciones-fiscales-CUDECA-2024-ENG-Tax-Deductions.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"905\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Deducciones-fiscales-CUDECA-2024-ENG-Tax-Deductions.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cudeca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Deducciones-fiscales-CUDECA-2024-ENG-Tax-Deductions-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"igualMargen\"><\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;caja_titulo&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">DONATION CERTIFICATE<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;12px&#8221;][vc_column_text]Cudeca Hospice benefits from the special tax regime for charitable entities (Ley 49\/2002) and consequently you are entitled to claim an income tax deduction for your donation, reducing the income tax you pay by up to 80% of your donation.<\/p>\n<p>All claims must be justified with a<strong>\u00a0Donation Certificate<\/strong> which will be issued by Cudeca Fundaci\u00f3n on receipt of the donation.\u00a0 The receipt must show all the personal data to be supplied by the donor:\u00a0\u00a0<strong>first name and surname, NIF (Tax Number Identification), email and postal address.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Donation Certificate will be sent by post mail to donors who have supplied this data.\u00a0<strong> Individuals or companies who have made a donation through bank transfer or other means, should contact by telepnone 952 564 910 or by email to <a href=\"mailto:socios@cudeca.org\">socios@cudeca.org<\/a> indicating the date, amount and account number of the transfer and donor\u00b4s first name and surname,\u00a0 together with NIF reference to enable us to locate the donation and issue the Certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Certificates can be issued up to the 31st December of the donation year.<\/strong>\u00a0 Therefore it is very important to request the Certificate supplying the correct data before that date.\u00a0 In accordance with Tax Office (Agencia Tributaria) legislation it will not be possible to issue Certificates after this date has passed.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;caja_titulo&#8221;] TAX BENEFITS [\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;12px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]You can reduce your tax bill by up to 80% of your donation There are new tax rules in Spain which benefit regular donors and other donors.
