On 17th of September, the Marbella Delegation of the Illustrious Malaga School of Lawyers held a Charity Gala in benefit of the Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice at the Don Carlos Hotel. More than 4.500€ were raised for Cudeca, enabling them to continue Giving Life to Days to people suffering from advanced cancer and support to their families.

 

The event was attended by a number of well known people, such as the Deacon of the Marbella School of Lawyers, Manuel Camas; the Delegate Welfare Councillor, Manuel Cardeña Gómez; the Delegate President of the Marbella Delegation of the Malaga School of Lawyers, José González Merelo; and on behalf of Cudeca, the and Medical Director, Marisa Martín and the Financial Director, Rafael Olalla.

 

During the Gala evening, a charity raffle was held thanks to the sponsors, Aloha Golf Club, Clínica Buchinger, Hilú Health Centre, Chiringuito El Cable, Encarna Moreno Dental Clinic, Cristos Jewellers, Hotel San Cristóbal, La Meridiana Alabadero, Lipocero, MicroZen, Onda Cero, Santa María Golf & Country Club and Vincci Hoteles-Estrella del Mar.

 

The Cudeca Hospice would like to give heartfelt thanks to the constant support of the School of Lawyers, the Don Carlos Hotel, as well as those who supported the raffle, including Onda Cero, for their work in raising awareness and funds.
