Lauro Golf Tournament raises 1.201€ for Cudeca Hospice

On Saturday 11th June, a charity Tournament was held at the Lauro Golf Club in memory of Stephen Hopley who passed away in early 2010 from cancer at the tender age of 57.
Following the tournament, a raffle was held with magnificent prizes kindly donated by close friends, relatives and local businesses. Thanks to everyone involved, a total of 1.201€ was raised for the Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice.
Leigh Hopley, Steven’s wife, together with the coordinator of the tournament, Marie Martienssen, presented the cheque to Laura Haggis from Cudeca’s Communications and Fundraising department.
Cudeca is sincerely grateful to all the members of the Lauro Golf Club for their continued support and dedication.
