Benalmádena, 11th July 2011

The Lions Club of Nerja recently donated the very generous sum of 3774.90€ to Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice in Benalmádena. These funds will cover the costs of three new Syringe Drivers (morphine administrators) which are an essential part of Cudeca’s patient pain control care. They give the patient independent control of their own level of pain, which in turn gives them freedom to select the dosage and timing of help as they feel the need.

 

This type of care is essential for the well being of the individual and comfort for their family and Cudeca is sincerely grateful to Margaret, the President of the Lions Club of Nerja and all the members for their support and generosity.
