Taking the Plunge to raise funds for Cudeca

Benalmádena, 4th January 2012

A group of “Dippers” from the Benalmádena area braved the seas on Christmas Day to raise funds for Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice.

The festive dip, with participants dressed in a variety of costumes, took place at Mojacar Playa and to follow, volunteers were rewarded with a glass of Sol y sombre and a slice of Christmas cake!

More than 1.000€ were raised for the Hospice, which will help Cudeca to continue offering the “Special Kind of Caring” to patients suffering from advanced cancer and support to their families.

Cudeca is sincerely grateful to this group of avid supporters for their continuous efforts year after year.
